Mingtao and fruit


Mingtao likes to eat fruits. Banana, papaya, pear, orange, and tomato are Mingtao’s favorite fruits. Eating fruits benefits our body. It makes us healthy and strong. Banana is good because it has potassium. Papaya and pear are cooling & they help digestion. Orange has vitamin C. Tomato has vitamin A and C.  Fruits have many functions. As an appetizer, Mingtao likes to eat fruits salad. As a drink, Mingtao likes to drink juice. As a dessert, Mingtao likes to eat fruit pudding with ice.
